By continuing to access, browse and use this Website and/or place an Order on this Website, you will be deemed to have accepted our Terms and Conditions and agreed to any changes or updates thereto.

2. Who is Meatology Butchery and Grill?
Our Website is owned and operated by Meatology Butchery and Grill , a company registered in the United Arab Emirates with registered number 1029305 , Dubai, UAE. If you have any questions about any of the products or services we offer, these Terms and Conditions or otherwise, please Contact Us.

The terms “Meatology Butchery and Grill”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Meatology Butchery and Grill LLC. The terms “you” and “your” refer to you as a customer of Meatology Butchery and Grill (our “Client”), whether you access, browse, use, create an account and/or place an Order for a product or service from us on our Website.


3. Your Contract of Sale with us
When you place an Order with us on our Website, you make an offer to us to purchase the relevant product or service, as the case may be, and you agree to these Terms and Conditions of sale.

To place an Order, you can open a Meatology Butchery and Grill account with us which will require you to provide some personal information. Alternatively, you can choose to place your Order without creating an account.

Please note that completion of the online checkout process does not constitute our acceptance of your offer to purchase products or services from us. Our acceptance of your Order will be confirmed to you by email following commencement of preparation of the product or provision of the service that you ordered from us, as applicable. We will notify you in writing by email shortly after you place your Order to acknowledge that we have received and are processing your Order. This email, which will contain your Order number, will confirm our contract of sale with you.

Our contract with you will commence from the moment you receive our confirmation email and shall end six hours following delivery of your Order.

Any amendment or cancellation can be accepted up until the moment your Order is prepared for despatch. Amendments can be made by emailing us at support@demo.meatologyshop.com or by calling us on +971 58 829 0933. If you amend or change your Order you may find there are changes to your delivery timetable. Once your Order has been despatched, you will be unable to amend or cancel it.

If the Meatology Butchery and Grill Crew are unable to fulfil your Order by the time you require, we will let you know as quickly as possible and offer you an alternative product or cancellation at your discretion. In the event of us having to cancel, we will make an immediate and full refund of any payment made.

During the checkout process, you may choose to pay on our Website with your credit card or debit card or upon delivery of your Order by cash, credit card or debit card. If you provide your payment details on our Website, you confirm that the credit or debit card you are using is yours. All fields indicated as compulsory must be completed. Please note that we do not store any payment details you provide. All card payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer.

All products Ordered will remain the property of Meatology Butchery and Grill until we have delivered the products to the delivery address specified by you. If your payment is not received and you have already received the products you Ordered from us, you must pay for those products as soon as possible following receipt of your Order.

Purchases will be made in AED Dirhams.

You may be unable to place your Order if the minimum order threshold communicated to you at Checkout has not been met.


4. Delivery
Delivery timescales will vary depending on the type of product you have chosen. Unless otherwise communicated on our Website, the following shall apply:

Meatology Butchery and Grill Raw Range: Orders will be delivered the same day.

Meatology Butchery and Grill Cooked or Smoke House Range: Orders for any product from our Cooked or will be delivered Same day .Our Meatology Butchery and Grill Crew will call you to verify delivery details and timings

Please also verify your delivery address carefully before submitting your Order. You will be responsible for any attempted re-delivery charges if we are unable to deliver for reasons beyond our control.

The applicable delivery charge will be added to your final bill at Checkout.

Where the supply of your product(s) or service(s) is delayed or prevented for reasons wholly or partially beyond our control we will make every effort to keep you informed but accept no liability to you for such delay or failure.

Meatology Butchery and Grill has partnered with a trusted third party (noon) who is responsible for the delivery of your Order from the moment it is collected from the Meatology Butchery and Grill to the moment it is physically delivered to you. In the event your Order fails to arrive when expected, please Contact Us. The Meatology Butchery and Grill Crew will investigate immediately and aim to have your Order delivered as soon as possible.

5. How our Products are described and displayed on our Website
We have taken reasonable measures to ensure the prices, description and images displayed on our Website are correct and that all products are fairly described. However, please note the following:

Weights shown are approximate between ranges we put it .
Products shown may not be the actual size.
Any garnish, decoration, serving dishes or utensils are not included unless stated in the product description.
The number of servings given is for guidance only.
If you have any specific concerns about allergies or how any of the Meatology Butchery and Grill products are prepared, please Contact Us and we will be happy to talk more with you.
All items are subject to availability and we will inform you as soon as possible if any product or service you have Ordered is not available. We may offer you an alternative product or service of equal or greater value.
You agree to follow any instruction we give you (including, without limitation, any expiry dates or instructions on when to consume the product, each as provided on your Order packaging) to keep products we supply to you safe for consumption.
